Not honest

This place is a complete scam. I went in to patch a spare tire, not even one that I was using. He said I needed to have all my tires balance and I left with a shaky unstable car. I returned to have him check it out and he refused to acknowledge that it was shaking and vibrating. On top of that, he still tried to sell me more services even after giving me a horrible service! Not only are they ignorant, but they are un... view morewilling to listen to what you have to say. I was more than patient and kind to them. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! I am NEVER coming back and I never want anyone to have to go there to be treated this way. I went to another mechanic in Irvine and he balanced them free of charge and had told me that this place did it incorrectly. They are extremely forceful here and will argue with you if you deny a service they recommend.
