I`ve never had a serious problem with this automotive shop until today. I`ve gone there for a couple years and have referred other people as well. They do good work; only once before today they did perform work on my vehicle without my consent first. Well, today was the worst experience I`ve ever had there. As the last reviewer stated, the mechanic is unprofessional yelling no customer skills and front reception ... view moreperson has insecurities and no people skills. I was personally attacked. I didn`t know it was wrong to ask detailed questions about the work and once again, they moved forward on work without consulting me first. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again. They lost a customer.
