Great service from Vlaho Miletak

I had a great experience at BMW Mt. View. I worked with Vlaho Miletak. It was my first time purchasing a used car, I had always leased. Vlaho helped me determine the best plan for my finances. They took me on several test drives to explain all of the features and benefits of the different cars I was looking at. I did not feel pressured at all, and took my time to make the best decision. Great experience!!

This was my first time buying a beamer, was totally confused with which dealer to go with. Glad I finalized on BMW of mountain view for my 2012 X3 purchase. They not only gave me the best price as compared to all other BMW dealers in 50 mile radius, but on arrival of my vehicle, Raj gave me a thorough 2 hr presentation on the various features of my the car. It was one of the easiest BMW buying experience in our case. This is our 4th Beemer! I could have gotten a possibly a bit lower price but being my neighborhood dealer ship where I go for my service all the time. This is the place to purchase your next vehicle

This is my second purchase from BMW Mountain View. I have had nothing but great experiences when working with the sales and service crew. Vlaho and Scott in particular did a wonderful job. We never felt rushed or belittled like we did at several other SF bay area dealerships. I can`t recommend this dealership highly enough.
