Honest Shop, Fair Prices

I have been taking my cars to Jensen`s for the past 6 years and have had nothing but great service. I used to take my 95` 4 Runner until I sold it 2 years ago. I currently take my 2000 & 2007 Volvos to them. I already know what`s wrong with my car, but I describe the problem to Mary and she is able to give me an accurate estimate. And if she can`t, then Bob does after he inspects it. Their prices are way bet... view moreter than the dealerships and it`s always fixed right the first time.

stay away from this shop and you wont be sorry

Stay away from this shop and don`t try your luck. I tried once but felt ripped off and will never go back. One check engine light problem, I had to go back three times and ended up spending a lot more than anywhere else I got the quote. I had lot of grieves for having my car repaired in this shop.

Boo for dealers!!

I needed to get a 60K service on my daughters 2004 Nissan Sentra.I received a coupon in the mail from the local Nissan dealer so I called for an estimate. The lady on the phone said the 60K service special was $599 and I will probably need a transmission flush for $169 and a brake fluid change for $139. There was also a charge to diagnose the check engine light. I decided to check around and called Jensen`s and spoke... view more to the owner, Bob. He quoted me what the manufacture recommends for a 60K seervice and it was $158 out the door. I made an appoinment for the following Monday, brought the car in at 7:30 and it was done by 11:30. Try getting that type of service from a dealer. Never again for me. Great service, honest, friendly and fast.
