RUDE and DISHONEST!!

My sister had a new transmission put in her car in AZ a few months ago, it was working just fine. She drove to my local union 76 which was just a few blocks from my home. She had just returned from a trip to France and was planning on driving to Lake Havasu where she lives the following morning and just wanted everything checked before the long drive home. The car had been parked for 6 weeks at my home during her vac... view moreation. This gas station (owner) checked the fluid of the transmission when the car was cold. He added 1 qt and ended up causing smoke due to the oil overflow onto the engine and potentially blowing out a seal. She was stuck in Victorville, I notified him of what happened and what was he going to do to assist. HE was very rude, did not own up to the fact that you do not check a transmission when the engine is cold, he was rude and hung up. This is not the first time I have had issues with this owner. He has overcharged for basic work that is why I have not had my cars fixed by the person. He is very rude and I believe dishonest. I WOULD ADVISE you to NOT have your cars worked on at this location. HE additionally changes mechanics frequently I believe because he does not pay them or treat them fairly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING>>>>>>THIS OWNER IS NOT HONEST!!!!!!!
