I agree with the other two reviewers. Deal with Roger and you will be pleased as I am. I had fairly significant damage, Roger promised I would not know he had been in there and he was right, I cant tell.

Above and beyond service and quality
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Prestige (Roger, the owner, specifically). I had someone break the rear side window of my car, scratching the paint, and stealing my laptop. I went through State Farm insurance and Prestige was on their approved list of repair shops. I was a little worried at first, since I figured if an insurance company approves it, they probably aren`t the best. But afte... view morer reading the positive reviews here and other sites, I took a chance.
I met with Roger and instantly had a great feeling about how my car was going to be treated. Roger explained how they were planning to repair, gave me a very fair estimate and handled EVERYTHING through my insurance. I even pointed out a paint scrape from someone hitting me unrelated to my break-in, and he said he would see what they can do to make it look good...at NO charge.
Roger stayed in contact with me to let me know about the progress. I had tint on the rear window, and Roger said his normal window guy did not have the exact same tint available, so Roger called to find out where I got my tint done to get a better idea of the tint required to match. Without my knowledge, he drove to 3 window tint shops in Campbell, Santa Clara and FREMONT!!! to find the tint that would match. He definately bends over backwards to ensure that his customers are satisfied.
When I came to pick up the car, I was completely blown away with the job he and his shop did. The car looked brand new. That fender scrape from the previous accident was GONE!!! The car was waxed, wheels cleaned and armour-all`d the tires. And for the icing on the cake, I opend up the car and the interior was completely detailed. The leather was conditioned, carpets vacuumed, windows spotless and you couldn`t find dust if you tried.
If that isn`t service, I don`t know what is. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else after a positive experience like this.

Good honest work by pleasant people
I was highly pleased with the work done by Roger and his crew. From start to finish I was treated with courtesy and a gentlemanly friendliness (which is highly appreciated by young ladies visiting the high-testosterone world of auto shops).
My instincts told me this was a guy I could trust implicitly, and he certainly proved himself. The repair work to my fender and paint was excellent; I don`t know much about... view more cars, but it looked like new to me. There was absolutely no hassle or headache with payment or insurance. He used some great ingenuity to solve a tricky problem that would have otherwise meant a giant headache for me.
And best of all, he not only completed the work within the time frame he promised, but he went the extra mile to get it done early because he knew it would save me a HUGE amount of bother and hassle.
I will certainly return to Roger if my car ever needs work again, and recommend him to family and friends.
