We have changed the image of the towing industry through our operations and through active participation in the California Tow Truck Association. Tow services are based out of three locations: Fremont, Hayward and San Leandro/Oakland.

All-Ways Automotive Service is a California State Automobile Association (AAA) Approved Repair Facility. This means that our shop has consistently maintained a high standard of customer satisfaction in five separate areas and is monitored for quality control by CSAA. We are also required to stay up to date in our equipment to maintain today`s modern automobiles to maintain this prestigious approval rating.

We are also current members of nationwide (ASA - Automotive Service Association) and California (ASC - Automotive Service Council) associations. This allows us a referral system of other high quality shops for warranty work for customers we meet, usually on the back of a tow truck, who live out of our area or who are travelling.

All-Ways Automotive Service is also a member of the NAPA Auto Care network of repair facilities, over 8000 strong, to allow our customers warranty coverage on the high quality NAPA parts we install. Through NAPA and AAA, we offer a better than industry average warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

They were there for me when I was in a pinch!

When I needed help to get my truck off the road, I called All Ways Towing & Transport. They were there sooner than I expected and handled my truck with care. I thought the price was perfectly reasonable. I have a soft spot for tow truck drivers because I have a friend in the business. I have a fairly good idea what they have to deal with in-so-far as the dangers and the stress is concerned. Whatever they get paid is... view moren`t enough by what I`ve seen so far. Derek was simply terrific. He was professional, great to talk to and really knows how to take care of my truck. The dispatcher, Tony, was very helpful and coordinated the pickup perfectly. Tony was great to work with on the phone. I just want to take the opportunity to says thanks to everyone at All Ways Towing & Transport for taking such good care of me when I was in need.
