Terrible Customer Service

I purchase a deffective part over the weekend and when I went to exchange it, all I got from the employees was bad attitude. They make you feel like you are not welcomed to the store. I will never purchase anything from AutoZone again...I`m resotoring a 56 Chevy and from now on I will take my business elswhere.

Put you on hold & nevwe return

Tried a phone call during business hours and asked about a particular sparkplug number. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, twice they picked up and once began talking to a friend (you could tell the person thought they returned to their personal call). I ended up taking my business somehwere else. Zero customer service-just try and make a phone call, good luck..
