DO NOT GO HERE: BAD EXPERIENCE!

So I went to Woodland Auto Care because I got a coupon for an oil change. It`s true what they say- you get what you pay for. First of all, their ad said they opened at 7:30am. They didn`t. They opened at 8am instead. So I was stuck waiting in the freezing cold parking lot for half an hour. While working on my car, the mechanic tried to tell me I need new struts- a very expensive repair. After doing research and t... view moreaking it to another mechanic shop, I discovered my struts are fine and the first mechanic was full of it and didn`t know what he was talking about. Also, the second mechanic shop discovered that Woodland Auto Care really didn`t check my fluid levels like they said they would while doing the oil change. How did they know this? They pulled a dead rat off of the power fluid reservoir! You think Woodland Auto Care would have noticed that had they actually topped off my fluids. Bottom line, avoid this place at all costs!

This audio shop in woodland has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They treated me rudely and even told me to take my business elsewhere! They promised to get my car in on the day I scheduled and when that day came they told me they were too booked, even after I called during the week before and the day of! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!
