Horrible Horrible Horrible

This place was a great location , ever since they had a management change the location has turned into a dump. Its ran by teenage bafoons with no sense. The prices ,service in the c-store is full of useless kids who look like they are on drugs. Lube and car wash is like little Mexico nobody understands you and ignores your needs. I took my car for an oil chang...

I took my car for an oil change yesterday using a coupon that matched any competitor`s coupon. Not only did they match it, happily, but they gave me a full service car wash for free. They spent about an hour simply caring for my car. This includes taking my car through the car wash for me. They vaccumed the inside as well. My car runs as good as new now and I couldn`t be happier with the service they provided.

Not a pleasant experience

Never been to the place before. Found a coupon for $20 oil change with free exterior carwash. Went there and the guy said it would be an hour and a half. I said, OK, cool, I`ll get something to eat. Came back an hour and a half later and my car hadn`t been washed. When I asked why, the lady said, you have to take there yourself. I asked her why the guy who I spoke with didn`t tell me that. She said she didn`t ... view moreknow. I asked to speak to a manager. I had to call a manager on my own cell phone to get a hold of him. He didn`t speak english very well and when I asked to speak to his boss, he said I could go to the website. Incredulously, he couldn`t even tell me what the website was. When I finally went to my car, they left the windows down and the doors unlocked. When I confronted the guys doing the lube, all they could do was look at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Unbelieveable. Do not go here unless you want a very unpleasant experience and speak spanish.
