One star because I have to put at least one for these reviews. Terrible service! These people call themselves a body shop yet they are neglect to focus on details and major problems they cause with our cars!!! Please I am pleading to each and every one of you out there. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! They will give you your car back and leave the front desk right away (with reason). They will buff and shine up your car so t... view morehat you are distracted by the shiny-ness and once you realize they did a real horrible job they have you bring it in and do a horrible job to fix their mistake. It is illegal to give out an invoice that does not directly tell you what they did to your car (WHICH IS WHAT THEY DO!) They gave me a general invoice with only the full amount due by my insurance. In their ads, they say that the towing is free yet they make you feel as if they did you a favor by removing the fee from your payment (um, we have insurance for a reason! we ONLY pay deductible!) They ruined my car after a traffic collision. They left bubbles on my paint and chips that were only painted over. The ratio of paint on the piece they worked on was not equal to the paint from the rest of the car. They left paint drops on my mirrors. Instead of replacing the part that was hit, they used bonding!!! ON A NEW CAR!! They scratched my window. The seals were improperly placed. Parts were loose and falling off by the first day! Oh and a noise comes from the back now!!! They are con artists! If you love your car and do not want to deal with a bunch of inexperienced morons, do not bring your car here. YOU CAN FIND OTHER PLACES that will do the job 100% right and pay less than what this place is charging my insurance.
