They are unprofessional! Not happy at all! They where hungry for my business but once they got my sale, they will not accommodate fixing the water spots that the used car had on it at he time of purchase! They didn`t disclose that the car came with this defect, and I thought it was dirt. Yes, you will see me again Ford, but in mediation! ( PS, they make you sign a document at the sale saying you will mediate with th... view moreem- I`m thinking you all have been to court a lot)! Plus, they gave the wrong address to my title co, so almost missed my first payment. Tried to talk to the manager Kale about the water spot issue, and he practically hangs up on me and said some girl is going to call with an appointment- still waiting for my call Kale! There are so many dealers up there, pick one with good reviews! These guys are a bunch of yahoos! I`m going in a few months to get another car for my husbands commuter, I will not be returning!!!!
