I?ˆ™ve taken both my Jeeps to TGIF for over the last 10 years now. Everyone here has bent over backwards to accommodate myself and my family. They have done everything from oil changes to lift kits to differentials for me. I`ve never been more comfortable bringing in my car for service. The most honest car shop I`ve ever been to. horrible customer service

i have never seen worse customer service in my life. they had my car for 4 hours without diagnosing the problem or even looking at it. not once did i get a call from them telling me they were to busy or just couldnt get to it. i had to call them twice and both times i was given the run around. they wasted my entire day while i wacthed my 4 yr old son. i will never take my car to them or recommend them. when i finall... view morey returned to the shop at 330p to check the status of my car i found the shop deserted and when someone finally showed i was told simply "i dont know". slow work and by far the worst customer service i have ever incountered, and i have alot of car trouble in my day.

Many years ago my father said if you take care of your car, your car will take care of you. This was just one of the many excellent pieces of advice my father gave me. Simply the best

Poor Frank. He`s not telling the complete story. And, there is a second side of this story which isn`t being told. I take both my Jeeps to TGIF, and would`t go anywhere else. They`ve been honest, and have told me when I didn`t need something done. I`ve never had to return my Jeep for any redo work. But, know if I needed to, they`d step up and fix it. The Best In Town
