Really Gone Downhill!

This place used to be hopping! It has changed hands (owners) and has really gone downhill! No experienced personal onsite to give estimates. Only a very unknowledgeable receptionist. Matter of fact I didn`t see any personal performing any work on anything... Would look elseware to have work done... Not Recommended!

Never Again!!!

I would never ever return to this place again....you think if you go get a quote and then you agree to that price it would not change right!!! well wrong not at matts heck no you get cheated they hit you with a big supplement at the end when your car is done and finished.....i thought they are suppose to warn you first before they do the work well no not at matts body shop they rip you off and then they still do a cr... view moreappy job and they still take a long time.....so trust me unless you want them to keep your car for a long time or you wanna get robbed go there....o and especially that jerk tom i would never ever ever want to deal with a jerk like that again i thought people are suppose to be friendly well not there either so trust me people don`t go there ever.....

FIRST CLASS

THIS COMPANY GAVE ME AND MY CAR THE STAR TREATMENT THEY LET ME MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY DEDUCTABLE AND GAVE ME A RENTAL CAR FOR ONLY TEN DOLLARS A DAY...IT ONLY TOOK THEM SEVEN DAYS TO FIX MY SATURN, INCLUDING SUNDAY. THOUGH MY CAR IS NINE YEARS OLD, THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A VERY IMPORTANT PERSON AND MY CAR WAS A ROLLS.... THANK YOU, OSCAR, TOM AND CREW!

This is the worst body shop i ...

This is the worst body shop i have ever been to. The new people they hired ar such a**H**** and i would never ever recomend anyone to go there. The people that use to be there were kind and curtious and i dont know why they would replace them. I took my car there to get fixed and they did the worst work and paint job i have ever seen in my life. i had it done before there to but it was with the other workers that... view more i was confidant with and when i took again they were gone but i decided to try them again with the new workers but they are horrible at what they do....NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THAT BAD PLACE.
