Although the service advisor was excellent and rental cars were generously supplied, mechanics were basically incompetent. Small repairs took way too long and major repairs were often misdiagnosed, took more than a week to complete and often needed to be returned for more work. This is not a place to bring your car for repairs.

Pleasant experiences so far!

I purchased a Jaguar XKR from Lucas Dahm. He was very patient in answering all my questions and never acted as though I was bothering him in the several times I came back to look before deciding to purchase.
