I am shocked and appalled at Tre Performance`s attitude towards me. After returning an unused fuel filter that I purchased for $54 within 60 days, they never contacted me. So, two weeks later I followed up with email. Finally, 4 days later they replied. Now they attest that I hadn`t returned it within their 30-day limit, and also had clicked on their "terms and conditions" stating this. . . Who reads t... view morehe terms and conditions when ordering online? More significantly, their return policy was not stated on the paper receipt that came with the fuel filter. Even after I pointed out that AutoZone`s return policy is 90 days, and PepBoys is 60 days, TrePerformance wouldn`t show any grace. Their responses to me show no mercy, profits-first, and customers-last. They have my returned merchandise, and you can bet they will sell it, and make another profit.
