PLEASE NEVER GO HERE! My wife called around and researched to find the best price for her SUV. She called DTC and settled on an exact price, placed an order and scheduled the appointment. When I arrived, the store manager, Russ didn`t have any trace of the order and proceeded to talk down to me like I was in the wrong place and was out of my mind. He then went on to imply that my wife was dumb and didn`t know ... view morehow to schedule an appointment at the right place. Among his many condescending remarks, &quot;Maybe she wanted to make the appointment here, but she just couldn`t do it right.&quot; I called the number we had which, turns out, is actually a DTC call center. The guy on the phone, Andrew, was very nice but could not resolve my situation. The best he could do was offer me different tires that would have increased my cost by more than $200. I`ve never written a review on "YP" before but signed up just to ensure that everyone knows how bad these guys are. In this day and age I cannot believe anybody still hires people who don`t know how to simply be nice to a customer.

Good job, Discount Tire Center!

I visited this location yesterday. I was nervous and expected bad news. The tech took about an hour to evaluate my truck and cracked down on the issue. It cost me at a minimal cost; they were honest and have truly won my business!!!

Great Service! Good Prices!

My Experience with Discount Tire Centers was very good. I Got my tires done on the same day. The service was completed in a timely manner. I will choose Discount Tire Centers for the next visit!!!
