The owner was very abusive toward me and his employees also seemed scared of him. After i paid for my smog, I asked for my papers back that I had given an employee from the last smog place... as it wasn`t in the car. The owner rudely said to me I would have to wait until he was done fixing a car before he will look for them...I said, don`t you think you should complete with me first, I just paid you...He started ye... view morelling at me. I asked him if he was the owner of the establishment, in which he answered yes. Then I said he is acting very poorly for a businessman...and that I will report him to the BBB.

I had a enigne light that woul...

I had a enigne light that would not go out. Russ stuck with the problem and did not charge me any extra when he found the route cause. It was not an "standard Problem". Russ had the experence to think out side the box to track down the problem.
