My car was stolen two weeks ag...

My car was stolen two weeks ago in front of my house. The sheriff recovered it but my insurance said because it is a 1996 Thunderbird it is considered &quot;salvage&quot; and would pay nothing to repair it. I went to A &amp; D. My car needed extensive work on the driver`s door. The work is outstanding. His staff spent hours simply cleaning my car which the thief had really trashed. Hello, i have read the comments posted about steve here and cannot remain silent. I have done business with steve and his employees for years and while it is true that english is not his native language his quality of workmanship in no way suffers, nor is his ability to understand or communicate with his clients impaired. Additionaly steve is prompt in rectifying any issue a customer may have, to the extent that... view more every time i see him he asks me about the condition of the job he did on my vehicle (whic was very well done). All i can say about these negative comments is that i seriously doubt that these &amp;quot;customers&amp;quot; ever mentioned to steve that there was an issue, because if he knew there was a problem it would have been taken care of. I personally doubt these are even real customer reviews at all, but if they are i would strongly urge the reviewers to contact steve and give him the chance to rectify the problem.

Would not recommend for paint ...

Would not recommend for paint or auto body, poor work man ship. I had given them fenders and hoods to work on, looked good when I paid for them but after careful examination the work they did was not at all good. Steve the owner speaks broken English and really cant understand his customers and his employees do not speak English therefore communication does not get across to what the customer wants. He is also in bed... view more with loan insurance adjusters and estimators and they know how to con you out of money making you believe they are taking care of you when they are really not. A&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;D is located in a business complex and all businesses in that complex are known to be rip artist as well and through honest mechanics know in the industry they will also tell you to stay away from those shops.
