Rude customer service

RUDE is the only word I would use to describe Joel(one of the owner`s). My daughter was visiting from out of state. Her VW Jetta broke down (clutch went out). Without telling us he fixed other problems(he claims they were problems) without our permission. Since she had to get back to college we had no choice put to pay his outrageous changes. Good thing we made with credit card as we can have cc company dispute cha... view morerges. Be careful if you have to take your car to this shop.
