Disappointed

To be fair, the people here are very nice and try to explain things clearly. My problem is that I NEED a car on a daily basis and it`s a huge problem when my car is in the shop. I brought my car in, they ran some tests and said they needed a part and would call me right away. Two days later, I still hadn`t received a call, so I called them. He told me, honestly, that he hadn`t called on the part yet but he would ... view moreand call me back in an hour. He never called me back. I understand that they are a small, busy shop, but if you need a problem fixed quickly, I wouldn`t recommend this shop.

Great Service

I think this place is great as far as repair shops are concerned. They told me what they found when they inspected my car during an oil change. I was given a written estimate for repairs and they honored the price three weeks later when I went back. No run around, no lies. They did what they said they were going to do. Can`t beat that!

Great Service

I have never reviewed an auto repair before but I must say that the service at Carmichael Automotive is exceptional. They have a friendly staff and the owner was willing to stay late to make sure I could pick up my car. I would recommend them to anyone in Carmichael or Sacramento. This is a great business!
