Poor customer service... When you call your placed on hold for 30+ minutes, they forgot to deliver my part, when you ask to speak to a manager he is never avaialble and does not return your calls, questions asked seem to be a burden. Would not reccommend. Explore your other options and research the other negative reviews left about Bavarian.
