Old batteries, poor service

I like this company, but I will not shop at this store agian. Sold me a two year old battery. Service was poor. They exchanged it but they shouldn`t have had sold it to begin with. Wasted my day trying to get the right parts. The old battery was just the icing on my cake. Unbelievable!!#!##!!
