As much as we love GMC`s, I was happy to purchase locally for once from Kitihara at a good price. Was stupid enough though to get talked into the extended warranty on the vehicle. Purchased the best warranty they offer, the finance manager said it covered "everything". So yesterday we took the vehicle in for service on a few warranty items. One of which was a loose speaker bracket under the dash that ra... view morettled. The service person told us that since the bracket was not broken, but just loose it was not covered under our "everything" warranty, and charged us $115 for the repair. What a rip off!! So the moral of the story is.....I will buy more GMC`s in the future...they just won`t be from Kitahara!
