Very poor customer service

To start off I will say that I know what I`m doing. I am a certified mechanic. I have done things from axle swaps to installing lockers, to motor swaps and I mount my tires by hand. I know what I`m doing. I went in asking for some u bolts because I saw they had a really good price online and im trying to save some money while i swap a 14 bolt into my 71 K5. I went in there and the kid behind the desk pretty much said... view more what I`m doing is wrong and that u bolts don`t work that way and I don`t know what I`m doing. This is not my first negative encounter there. For the most part the sales people there are very arrogant and do not care about the customer unless they are dropping a ton of money and paying to have their brand new pickup lifted to the sky while paying their shop a few pretty pennys. I will not be doing business there again and I would advise everyone else to avoid it as well.
