Ok so I needed a Smog check do...

Ok so I needed a Smog check done at a Star Station. I found Andys Valero and beings that I live within walking distance, I called them up and asked a few questions. I was told, &quot;Yes, we are a Star Station First come first served It would be about 60 bucks It would take about 20 minutes.&quot; All of those things were true except that it took 15 minutes and cost me only 50 bucks.
