My car broke down less than 10...

My car broke down less than 10 min after I picked it up from the garage due to overheating! It stopped right in the middle of the road and put me in a very dangerous situation. The manager blamed me for driving when I noticed the temperature indicator was high. He ignored the fact I was in the middle of the road and there was no place to pull over and it happened very fast. Should he take the full responsibility ... view morethat the car broke down right after he did the repair work? He even did not do an engine oil change since the car was overheated. Would that be a routine procedure? I called AAA for towing since I have AAA membership. He charged my insurance company $534 for towing which he did not do! I wonder what he was doing!
