terrible experience, would never go back

my wife purchased a used 2009 BMW for my son. it was the car he wanted, and they decided they would buy from a certified BMW dealer, to avoid any problems, within a week the front tires where bad, when i took the car back to see what they could do, i was told my son was racing the car and thats why the tires went bad, and that i was out of luck, a week later My son also took the car to service at BMW because all his... view more tire warning lights came on, he was treated badly and again left with no help, the car sat in the drive way unable to be driven until we finally where able to afford to pay for a set of tires, i believe they where sold an unsafe car, with bad tires that they knew about, they are just like the car dealer`s you heard growing up , take advantage of the customer, especially if they are a women or young adult, i would recommend never doing business with this dealership, BMW makes great cars, but find a dealer that is honest BB

very professional

I was on vacation and needed to get back home and had a repair that was needed. Andy completed the repair the same day the vehicle was towed to the dealership. He was very professional. Keep kept me informed and completed the repair the same day. I probably will have my car serviced at San Diego instead of my hometown. Doug P
