I brought my car there about 3 weeks ago (2/11/13) and they told me it would "be several days until" they "could get to it". That was then. I called them once a week (that`s not unreasonable, is it?) to check on it and when I called them this past Thursday (2/28), they told me to "stop calling; we`ll call you when it`s done!" They claimed they had pulled the battery to charge it (and ... view moreI did request that they do that when I dropped it off), and "had it on the analyzer to pull the codes"; what they don`t realizes is, once you pull the battery out of the circuit, after a short time, any error codes that are in the system get ERASED! I just hope that the repair isn`t too high, as I still have to find a way to get back down there (from Prescott) to pay and get the car.

Unfortunately, we`ve had the same experience as the earlier poster. Months of delays, multiple missed appointments, complete unresponsiveness and resentment from the manager/owner. months after the order was made. It`s actually shocking how poorly run this company is.
