How To Repel Customers

I thought the guys in front of businesses twirling the signs and wearing costumes were supposed to attract customers, not drive them away. I was walking past Al & Ed?ˆ™s with my dog when a dirty, unkempt black guy wearing a Batman suit, waving an Al & Ed?ˆ™s sign called my dog fat then continued to be rude and curse at me. But because of the actions of one of their ?ˆ?greeters?ˆ? I know this is not a place I want to give my business to. They don?ˆ™t appear to place a very high emphasis on customer respect and service. They?ˆ™ll have to learn that by hiring these sign wavers, these costumed malcontents are representing their company. It?ˆ™s a customer?ˆ™s first impression. Their actions are the company?ˆ™s actions. Al & Ed?ˆ™s, I hope this guy is worth whatever business he?ˆ™s losing for you.
