Bate & switch game

The sales man was nice and helpful. But the finance dept was a night mare. We shopped at Qualcom tent sale Dec 12 and they told us one price. We couldn`t get financing thur them so we went to our bank and got it for the amount the quoted us at the statium. And then they wouldn`t give it to us at that price after we had that amount in hand. Needless to say we did not buy from them.

Unprofessional from owner on down

Financed a nice BMW from them and purchased the extended warrenty from them. Refinanced the car very soon after and was offered the same extended warrenty package from the bank at less then half the price of Option Motors. We cancelled the extended warrenty purchased from Option Motors as per the agrement. Trying to get our money back (per agrement), Option Motors has been giving us the run around for the past 4 week... view mores. At first the check was in the mail, now no one is in the office to help. They keep saying they will call us back but never do. The owner is hidding behind his reseptionist. All of this over $600. If you buy a car from them you might be on your own! You can`t count on them to keep there word and treat you as a valued customer.
