Most of the employees at this dealership are very kind but won`t try to accommodate their customers. Just for a simple dome light I couldn`t drop my car off to get it checked without an appointment. I called on a Thursday answer the next available appointment wouldn`t be until the next Wednesday. This is the reason why I went 2 1/2 hrs to L.A. to purchase my new Ford. Every other dealership I contacted in the central... view more valley area would take me in the same day to do a diagnoses on the problems to my NEW vehicle. I do NOT recommend anyone to waste their time with this dealership, even though they`re local.
