I found Vanguard as a result of a search for smog test only centers in Fremont. Read the reviews so I gave it a try. I just returned from completing a smog test only for my 1993 Acura Integra. The owner is so pleasant and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. Not only was the service excellent, the price was so reasonable compared to other locations in Fremont.
