DONT DO IT!!!!

THESE GUYS SUCK SO BAD.... I HAD TO FIND OUT THE HARD WAY >:-| I JUST GOT MY CAMARO DONE AND THEYRS SMEARS BETWEEN THE TINT AND GLASS AND A TON OF LITTLE BUBBLES AND I SWEAR ON MY KID WHEN I POINTED IT OUT TO HIM HE SAID "WELL....WHAT CAN I DO"..... STAY AWAY!!!! I could tell as...

STAY AWAY!!!! I could tell as soon as I came in that the place was super shady. But, someone had recommended it to me because they had fixed her problem with her alarm. Quoted me $289 for my alarm which was outrageous. I needed a few other things done so they quoted me a package price of $656 which was laughable. I negotiated with them to $400 because I am not an idiot. So you know that if they can discount it ... view morealmost 40% and still make a profit then you know they are ripping you off with their quote. They couldn`t figure out how to hook up my trailer brakes despite me dropping off the manual and showing the technician which wires they needed to hook up. They "installed" my speakers in the back without even affixing the speakers to the bed, the technician told me that my front speakers were "blown" yet I had paid them to connect them. They also told me there was no power to the front speakers and they could not figure out how to get power to them. They also told me that they were going to charge me $65 to "rewire" the deck to "clean up" the previous work but they hadn`t even looked at the previous work. They quoted me an hour-and-a-half at noon. I came back at 1:30 and they were not finished. I told them to call me when they were done. At 5:00 they called me and told me it was done. I came there at 7:00 and they were still working on it. I stayed until 8:30pm and left with only half of the work done. The next day I looked at it myself and connected the wire that was disconnected to at front speaker which was allegedly "blown". I connected the front speaker wires at the deck and it worked just fine. Bottom line the place is totally shady, they do not understand how to wire stereos and they add all kinds of extra charges to connect wires for the standard options of your alarm.

All is good for me

I have just had XM radio installed by Southside Tint &Tunes they did a great job as usual. I`m very happy with there services and will come back again. Every thing went as planned and expecte. Good job guys I will be back.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!! DON`T GO THERE!

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO! I called to get an alarm installed and they gave me a quote over what other places where charging me. However, in an effort to support local struggling businesses, I decided it was worth going. After they finished installing my alarm, I tried to turn on my car. I realized they never installed the option of keyless entry. When I asked them about it they told me that it would cost an ext... view morera $75. This despite the fact that every other business I called includes keyless entry in the base price. I had no choice but to pay them what they asked. Since the owner was not there when I returned I called back to speak with the owner and inform him that I felt mislead with my initial quote. I tried to explain the situation and told him that I had called 5 other places who included keyless entry in their base price. When the owner felt that our conversation was taking too much of his time, he began to use profanity and began to insult me personally. When I wasn`t willing to listen to his disrespectful attitude, I hung up the phone. He then precedes to call back to harass and swear at me. He was not only rude and disrespectful but also intimidating. I would NOT recommend this place! They are the absolute worse and run a shady business! Take your business elsewhere!

Horrible Service

I took my car here for a simple tint. I brought it back twice, to have the tint fixed within a month. There are spaces between the tint and the window edges where light gets through, and I have had problems with bubbles.

BAD TINTING EVER

Bad window Tinting ever. Didn`t do a good job the fist time, when back to get it fix but wasn`t any better. They keep telling you that they professional but won`t do it over, telling you bull#@%h about it won`t come out good if doing it over. Won`t give you your refund. BAD PLACE TO HAVE YOU CAR TINTING DONE.
