WORST SERVICE EVER

I have been here before and had no more than a satisfactory experience. The first time I was here, the customer service was decent from otherwise trying to upsell me for services I did not need (that was later confirmed by several mechanics). When I arrived today to obtain a routine oil change, a female associate directed me into the garage. At this point, another male associate (associate 2) tells me to back out ... view morerather rudely. As I get out of the car, associate 2 does not acknowledge my presence until he asks, ""What`s your mileage?"" I responded that I did not know the exact mileage and that it was around 57k. He then demands that I ""go get the mileage."" I`ve never EVER been to an oil change facility where the associate does not look up the mileage him/herself. I comply with his request then asks me to sign the estimate agreement. When he hands me the pen and I take it, he says, ""Don`t grab the damn pen."" I DID NOT grab the pen with utmost force. I then stated that I would not be getting my oil changed here and he proceeded to give me more attitude and told me to get out. Needless to say, I will never ever go to this EZ Lube location or be a patron of any other EZ Lube location for their unethical and unfriendly services.
