Great!! Very friendly, not sure what the other review was talking about.

These guys have always been a pleasure to work with and provide great service. They were able to get my tired in and installed the next day and even stayed a little late to do so. Compared to BigO or Costco, I have had my best experience buying tires at Firestone and would recommend going there versus the competition just for the service alone, not to mention they have better prices than both Costco and BigO.

Very rude, poor customer service

These guys are very rude. They have a bad attitude and will generally give no information other than to ""leave it here, and pick it up when I`m done. They are unpleasant to work with and give no support in after sale.
