DON`T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!

I recently took my mini van to this place to have an oil change and have all of the fluids topped off before a very long road trip with my two toddlers and husband to Colorado. An hour and a half later I picked up my car feeling good about getting this very important chore out of the way before our departure. Half way into Wyoming with dead bugs crusted to the window I attempted to use the wind shield wiper fluid... view more function to clean it up. Nothing came out. This was the first and least upsetting fluid that this failing, dirty, disorganized family mechanic failed to replenish. As it turned out they has also failed to fill our coolant and transmission fluid. We discovered this the very next day, which also happened to be fathers day. So, there we were in Denver, on Fathers day with the ""check engine"" light on looking for a mechanic that could help us. I called and left two very upset messages (obviously) for the business owner Julie who has still, a week and a half later, not returned my phone calls. I am shaking just writing this. I am still that upset at how this company took my money and put my family at risk and has made no effort to offer any kind of apology. SHAME on them and their dirty, hoarder looking office, business. I gave one star because this system does not allow for zero stars. If they were not able to complete a job as simple as this, I would not trust them to do any sort of work on my car. And Yes, I had told them all about my trip. They knew full well that I was about to drive through five states with my family. DON`T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!

best work ever

im a chick who know some about cars. when i take my cars in to get fixed, im usually talked down to. alameda oakland tire treated me the way i felt like i should be treated. they listen to me when i called and called me with news about the car. they go above and beyond. thanks guys
