I just don`t get it but whenever I called this location, I have to almost always wait like about 20 minutes on the line to actually talk to someone. If they are really this busy, I guess they don`t need my business. I called in to check on a shock for my car but was put on hold for 20 minutes. In that 20 minutes while I was waiting, I googled Ebay and found a complete set of 4 pcs shocks with lifetime warranty for $... view more128 bucks. Finally a sales person got back to me just in time when I was about to hang up and told me that each shock was $79 dollars. So guess what I did, I finally said thank you and I hanged up. If they act like they don`t want your money, go somewhere where they appreciate your service and thank you.
