HORRIBLE customer service. I would give this place a negative star if there was an option. Never a star. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly. He said I didn`t need to fill out any paper work until they work on my car. Then he left with 2 little kids and no one replaced him at the front. No communication what`s so ever as I waited. They don`t know who`s next in line, because no paper work taken. Other cus... view moretomers came and left frustrated because there`s no one in the front to help them. I left after 2 hours of waiting to get an alignment on my car when the guy told me it`d be a 30 minute wait. What a waste of time. NEver going back.
