Holy cow, this company is fantastic. I called for an emergency tow, was told that the driver would take about 20 min to arrive. He (Alfred) was there in 10 min. He examined my engine and, instead of towing my car to the shop, was able to temporarily fix the problem (the starter). He saved me a lot of time and money.
