BECAREFUL!

This business is nothing but a scam and a theft. I took my car in for a whole paint job two months ago. Now the paint started to peel off. I took the car back to them but they refused to fix it for me. They asked me to pay more money for them to fix their mistake. I was so mad at the time. I agreed to pay them so theY can fix the peeling. They told me to come back in two days and my car will be ready. I came back 2 d... view moreays later and my car is still not fixed. BEST Body shop in Hayward

I had my Isuzu repaired at Bay Ram Collision and could not be more pleased. They were not on my insurance companies ( Progressive ) list of recommended shops, but they were recommended by a friend, so I took his advise. The shop took the time to explain the repair process with me, so that I understood what they were doing to my car. I have been to alot of repair shops that have just told me that I need to do all of t... view morehis work to my car, but they don`t explain it to me, and I leave not understanding what is being done to my car. When I left Bay Ram I didn`t feel taken advantage of, like I have in the past, with other repair shops. I would recommend Bay Ram to anyone looking to get their car repaired.
