Terrible work

This place is terrible. It`s too bad because it`s close to my residence. I just gave them their last chance. The last time I was in there, there were two people complaining to the manager. Not a good sign. They need to seriously change something. The girls are always nice at the front. The WORK IS TERRIBLE. Don`t waste your money.

GREAT attention to detail

These guys are GREAT! I had to pick up my boss from the airport and needed a clean ride. With only 25 minutes to spare in my schedule, I pulled into the car wash on Fair Oaks. I got their "Works Wash" and told them I HAD to leave in 25 minutes. The guy who helped me out said I would be done in less then 20 minutes. I thought "ya... right" and headed inside. Before I knew it, my car was out f... view moreront and being dried off. Shortly after, the announced that my car was done. It had only been 15 minutes!!! I went outside to check my car because I didn`t believe it could be clean in such a short period of time. I couldnt find ANYTHING that needed to be touched up. Not only were my wheels sparkling, but my paint was too. A very nice man took my receipt and handed me a $20 bill. He said they had found it under my seat while vacuuming and wanted to make sure I got it back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!??!! Not only did my car look great but they returned a lost $20 bucks to me. This place is awesome and I think their employee`s should be commended for their honesty!

I have found my new (BEST) car wash!!!!

My usually car wash has apparently closed down (Arden and Watt). I new I had seen a car wash on Fair Oaks but wasnt sure where. This place in next to Mc Donalds on Fair Oaks. This place has a great staff. They seemed to really care about me, my car, and my visit. I came the first sunny day after the rain and planned on having to wait over an hour (or at least that`s what I am use to at Oasis). Although they wer... view moree busy, my vacuum, wash, and wheels/tires took about 15 minutes. If you need a new car wash then check this place out.

Just HORRIBLE

This was my first time using this car wash and this was probably the WORST car wash experience of my life. There were new scratches on my car after their crack crew was finished. The windows were missed on the inside. They neglected to vacuum everywhere other than the front. They even left a dirty, wet towel in the vehicle just to let me know that they couldn`t have cared less. Great Carwash!

What an excellent car wash and oil lube! One stop shop in the center of the city...how convenient! My company vehicle is always cleaned to perfection. Everyone must try other services they offer.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!

This was the most horrible car wash i had ever had. I brought my car into this car wash on my way back from Tahoe. They not only did a horrible job washing the car.. Its was filthy inside as well. On top of that when they were all finished i notice that they had broke my antenna when they took it off and a piece of my roof trim was missing.

As if that wasn`t bad enough they refuse to pay for the... view more damages. Telling me that my antenna has been tampered with prior to me bringing it in and that the piece of the roof trim was already missing. They told me that they had it on video. When i saw the video that piece was there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are liars and would do anything just to not pay for the damages that they made.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! If you do take your car here your taking big risk!!! And if anything happens to your car don`t expect them to pay for any damages because they wont!!
