this place sucks if you are looking for used tires.

went there to get two used tires...they found a decent looking one for me....the other one was fricken ugly and totally different looking in its tread designs. It`s probably a tire they`ve been trying to get rid of but nobody wants. When I politely asked the young man if i can get a different tire b/c i didnt like the ugly tire, he got offended and said thos... view moree were the only two they have. I then said, well in that case, i would like to go somewhere else.. The guy got even more angry and said we`ll have to charge you for labor then since they tooked out the tires already. I got a little mad and proceeded to say, I`ll put the tires back on myself.

the other guy makes a scene and said they actually do have another tire the size im looking for. Lord behold, it`s the same exact one as the first one. I then said, okay, if i can get those two tires, then we`ll be set. Unfortunately, the guy said, they will charge an extra 10 dollars since the tire he just found is still in very good condition. (the tire was in decent condition, not very good) he then proceed to say they charge for balancing and rotating the tires.

I didn`t want to argue anymore, in case they might do something stupid to the tires. So I was like whatever.

I ended up paying 60dollars for two used decent tires with horrible customer service. I`ve been to many other places, and rotating and balancing tires is free when you buy from them. used or new.

this place is full of crap. I should had just went to sears and get new tires. When i was ready to leave, I told them, I`m never coming back to them. They guy there mumble something in his native language which im sure was not good. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! they really suck!
