Shelley`s is a very organized, clean and efficient shop, but their prices are not competitive. I brought a motorcycle in for a California brake and lamp inspection, as required by the state. They told me it would cost $99.50. I went to a different authorized brake and lamp inspector in Simi Valley who charged a much more reasonable $14.
