The owner is a nice Christian fellow, but his service just stunk. Brought my 2007 Honda CRV to the shop as it was in need of a new antenna base and antenna on the roof. I had been there before for diagnosing of the part. The owner had ordered and had new part in hand. Estimate for purchase of new part and labor was around $230. Left the car and went about my morning. Went back that afternoon and found that I ... view morehad been ripped off. Was told the parts (which I had seen) did not work on my CRV. He had gone to Honda in Temecula and purchased another model (high boost?) and the cost was now over $400. Drastic change in cost there! What I to do now? The parts were installed and car back together. He should have called from Honda and asked if I agreed to purchase the different part at significantly higher cost. This is so immoral and wrong!
