Paul and his crew are awesome at Mill Valley Auto Service. They take great care in doing the usual factory service, as well as finding out and fixing what`s wrong. I`ve been taking my two vehicles there for about 7 years, and they run better than they did when I was taking them to the dealers. Plus, they`re a lot cheaper...

I took my car in to get my oil...

I took my car in to get my oil changed and asked them to replace my brakes. Normally I go to the dealership and they charge me for the oil change and even if my brakes don`t need to be replaced they charge me $70 for a 30 second inspection of the brakes. Not only did these guys tell me my brakes were fine but didn`t charge me for looking at them either.

Another Great Experience at MV Auto Service

I have been going to Mill Valley Auto Service for years, and Paul always, day in and day out, provides excellent customer service. If there is any misunderstanding (there rarely is, but if there is), Paul always takes the high road. Since we have been taking our cars to Paul for so many years we have a very relaxed and friendly relationship. Most recently, Paul fixed the horn on my Mini-Cooper. It took a couple v... view moreisits to accurately diagnose the problem and get the parts, etc. When it was completed, I was presented the bill and realized that I really never received a true estimate. I mentioned this to Paul, and paid the bill. The next morning, Paul couldn`t reach me, so he called my husband. Paul said he lost sleep over the lack of communication about the price and was crediting back our card for a large portion of the bill. WOW! When does that ever happen? Paul has shown me how important his customers are to him. I highly recommend his service.
