My wife and I were coming back from Yosemite on Monday Aug. 19th. Our A/C was blowing warm air. My wife found Joe and Ruben`s on her phone and called them when we were about 10 minutes from Madera. Even though they were busy they took us anyway. Ruben was very nice, polite, and professional. He found the problem but was unable to get a hose and said he could have one made by a local machine shop. We didn`t want... view more to wait that long so he filled the A/C with Freon and did what he could to get us home to Gilroy. Their shop was very busy but he took the time to help us out while we were on our way home. I`d recommend their service to anyone. I used to drive a VW Beetle an...

I used to drive a VW Beetle and they were the only people in town who would service it-- Always did a wonderful job, at a competitive rate. Now I drive a Ford, which can be serviced anywhere, but I still take it to Joe! Can`t beat their friendliness and quick turnaround time.

I took my daughters car in on ...

I took my daughters car in on a limited budget and they did the job under the quote they gave me. Another auto service place quoted me in the 200`s and Joe and Ruben did the same work for under that quote. They were friendly and professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs their auto serviced.
