***WHATCH OUT**** It is not likely for a person such as myself to take the time and write a review on a company. There have been many situations where the service that is provided to me is so bad that I just simply walk away and never come back. In this particular case I must be a good citizen and warn those who chose to go to G and J Truck Sales. Our experience with this truck dealer was indecent and dishonorable. ... view moreThe "curteous" service they say to provide is only used to get your hopes up on a truck. They will have you sign paperwork and get you through a financial institution to help you get approved for a loan for a particular truck of your interest. Then a week later you come to find out that you are APPROVED but your truck, the one you are going through this whole process for, is simply sold to someone else... Their only option now is to chose from another truck on the lot. They dont know how to keep their word, they have no communication between employees, and I believe they have POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. With this review I just ask all those that may be going to this dealer to be cautious and think twice.
