Car Not Repaired

Precision stated that they had fixed the problem with my car, but they did not fix anything. Instead, they insisted on charging me a large sum of money. I negotiated them down. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, my car still had the same problem. As I looked under the hood, I saw that they did not move any of the components that they needed to move to repair the problem.
