My son was traveling and had b...

My son was traveling and had brake problem. He went to a local shop and they estimated a $1300 brake work. Eventually, got it fixed for less than $200 at concord chrysler. The shop charged him $98 diagnostic fee for providing a bloated estimate. I am happy with the level of service and price at Concord Chrysler. 5 stars

without fail I would get stressed and upset within 10-20 minutes of buying a car, this experience has proven to me that customer service is not dead yet. I was expecting a hard sell then an endless back and forth and eventually me blowing up to get what I want. I just took my new to me car h...

I just took my new to me car here this for an oil change, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is my first car, and my first time taking a car in for work So anyway, I was nervous that they were going to pressure me into stuff I didn`t need or scare me into extra maintenance and repairs, but nope they did not. They changed my oil and looked at my brakes (they felt weird to me). They told me the brakes ... view morewere fine, the car is in great condition, drove me around in it and explained why the brake felt funny. All in all I walked out of there feeling confident that I could go there with any questions or issues and get good honest service.
